The main objective of our tenancy support service is to provide a high quality housing service which ensures that if you encounter any tenancy related problems we can support you to overcome these and continue to be a tenant with ARK.

How can we help you?

We can support you by:

  • assisting you to settle into your new home;
  • providing advice and assistance with benefits;
  • ensuring repairs are carried out where necessary;
  • providing help to check the safety of your home;
  • giving you advice and assistance with budgeting;
  • advising and assisting you to be a good neighbour;

A member of the Housing team is available to be contacted on 0131 478 8146 during the following times.

Monday to Thursday:     9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Friday:                                9.00 am to 4.30 pm

However if you are unable to contact us, you can e-mail us on housing@arkha.org.uk and some one will get back to you as soon as they can.
