Covid-19 Update for tenants - Tier 4

The Scottish Government has announced on Saturday that Scotland will be put into Tier 4 from the 26^th December.

There is no change to our housing services and lettings are still permitted with safety measures.

However, for our maintenance service this means that we are only allowed to carry out emergency repairs and urgent health & safety issues like stair and external lighting.

Service visits will be essential only – for example Gas Safety Inspections.

Adaptations will be judged on case by case basis.

Planned maintenance works will be suspended until further notice.

Smoke alarm installation programme will be suspended until further notice.

These restrictions are likely to remain until at least 18th January 2020.  We will continue to monitor the restrictions and follow guidance from the Scottish Government.
