It has been a challenging year for everyone and we all have had moments when we were feeling low. Well, it was one of those days when we received some amazing feedback via the annual survey:
We would like to draw special attention to the staff during this difficult and stressful time. They went above and beyond their duty to keep everyone safe and happy. Their attention to detail, their inventiveness to keep everyone as happy as possible is staggering. We feel very fortunate to know that, at this very dangerous time in our daughter's life, she is in such a safe place. A huge thank you!
Although the hours have been reduced due to the current situation, the support is reliable and consistent. Excellent service despite the challenges around the current restrictions.
I'm very happy with all the work the Ark staff do for me. I never had it so good. I'm clean, my bills are paid. I get help to keep my house clean and tidy.
