Donna Downie

A chartered surveyor who has held several key leadership roles across the public & private sectors, bringing expertise in strategy, asset management, and cultural transformation. Currently the Head of Workplace at Network Rail, Donna is responsible for shaping & executing the organisation's workplace and facilities vision and strategy. Previously, Donna was the Head of Commercial Asset Management at Network Rail, where she managed a large team and oversaw the asset management strategy for major commercial portfolios, including iconic sites like Glasgow Central & Edinburgh Waverley stations.
