Victoria Knox

Victoria joined Ark in 2012 and is a senior leader with a successful track record in driving organisational change and workforce transformation. As Director of Workforce Strategy and Business Transformation, she plays a pivotal role in shaping strategic direction, leading complex change programmes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement Ark.

With a background spanning three decades in people services in various sectors, Victoria brings a deep understanding of employee engagement, efficient business processes, and ensures continuity of service during periods of change. Her leadership has been instrumental in delivering cost-saving strategies and enabling transparent communication across teams.

She is known for her collaborative approach, working closely with the Executive team, Board and cross-functional teams to align strategic goals with operational delivery. She is also a strong advocate for staff wellbeing and inclusive workplace practices.
