Introducing CX-Feedback! Ark's new Communication and Customer Satisfaction Service

Ark Housing Association is excited to introduce CX-Feedback to our tenants and stakeholders. This communication method will be used by Ark HA going forward, and is already being used by many other Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) in Scotland.

The purpose of CX-Feedback is to effectively and easily communicate important information to our tenants. This includes updates on things happening in your area, any warnings or alerts that you need to be aware of, and also to gain feedback on how we are performing as an Association, especially in areas such as repairs.

We believe that CX-Feedback will help us to improve our services and ensure that we are meeting the needs of our tenants. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to make sure that you have a voice in how we operate.

You may receive news items and surveys from CX-Feedback through various channels, such as emails and text messages. We encourage you to engage with this communication method and provide us with your thoughts and opinions. Your feedback will help us to make informed decisions and continue to provide high-quality services to our tenants.
