Ark New Tenant Handbook

 

We have recently published our brand new, interactive Tenant Handbook on our website.

 

These are the main improvements we made: 

 

• It is now easier to find the information you need thanks to the Quick Links at the top of the page. Just click on the different titles to go to that section of the handbook.

 

• The text is now concise and easy to understand. We got rid of jargons and unhelpful complicated sentences.

 

• The text is supported by images and colours for a vibrant and interesting reading experience.

 

• All the information you need in one place. We have included all the things you told us they’re important to you like Money Matters and Useful Contacts.
