Scottish Housing Regulator produces the Annual Report on Arks performance for 2023-24

The  Scottish Housing Regulator monitors, assesses and reports on the performance of landlords in achieving the standards with the Scottish Social Housing Charter. 

It has produced its annual report on how Ark has performed during 2023-24. Ark will issue its own report before the end of October 2024.
