Scottish Housing Regulator updates its factsheet on complaints and serious concerns

The  Scottish Housing Regulator monitors, assesses and reports on the performance of landlords in achieving the standards with the Scottish Social Housing Charter. 

It has recently updated its factsheet on what tenants or service users can do if they have serious concerns about how the landlord is operating. The issues must affect a group of tenants. More information can be found in the updated factsheet.
