Rent Proposal for 2025-26, Tenant Participation Policy and new customer services

We are consulting tenants to get their views on:

• The proposed rent increase uplift for 2025-26

• The revised Tenant Participation Policy

• The introduction of a Customer Charter

• The introduction of CX Feedback as a different way of communicating with tenants.

We would also like everyone to provide us with their most up to date contact details and equality data.
